THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Once we agree that Cognitive Marketing can help meet your communications requirements, a letter of agreement is drawn up. This letter clarifies the scope of services, the process for estimating and billing, and the terms of payment. It also covers Rights of Use for the work produced, liability issues, and our commitment to confidentiality.

All individual projects begin when our client approves and signs the budget estimate. Standard terms of engagement are to invoice 50% of the project estimate upon initiation of the work. The final half is billed upon project completion.
